TNF-RII is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. TNF-RII molecule is shown to be responsible for stimulation of activated T-lymphocytes by TNF-alpha. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
