TNF-RII is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. The TNF-RII molecule is shown to be responsible for stimulation of activated T-lymphocytes by TNF-alpha. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10 Flow Cytometry: 1:10 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
