TNF-R II is present on most cell types and is considered to play a role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. TNF-R II molecule is shown to be responsible for stimulation of activated T-lymphocytes by TNF-alpha. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:10 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
