Tumor necrosis factor receptor homolog 3 (TNFRH3, also tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 26) is a 21kD (predicted, unglycosylated) type I transmembrane protein and member of the TNF receptor superfamily. The ECD contains two potential sites of N-linked glycosylation and a cysteine-rich region (aa38-126). There is no human ortholog for TNFRH3. TNFRH3 is expressed in thymus and spleen with detectable levels in the lung. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, PBS.. Aliquot and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
