Immunogen: Purified recombinant human soluble TNF Receptor 2.
TNF-RII is expressed on a variety of human tissues including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. In addition, TNF-RII is released from neutrophils and monocytes after activation. TNF-RII, a member of TNF receptor family, binds to TNF-a and TNF-b. The cytoplasmic domain of TNF-RII interacts with TRAF1 and TRAF2. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA (Capture): Dilute in an appropriate coating buffer to a concentration of 1-5ug/ml and use 100ul to coat each well. Further dilutions may be made in medium or buffered solution with carrier protein, such as PBS with 0.1-1.0% BSA. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: BALB/c splenocytes were fused with NSO mouse myeloma cells. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
