Purified recombinant human soluble TNF Receptor 2.
TNF-RII is expressed on a variety of human tissues including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. In addition, TNF-RII is released from neutrophils and monocytes after activation. TNF-RII, a member of TNF receptor family, binds to TNF-a and TNF-b. The cytoplasmic domain of TNF-RII interacts with TRAF1 and TRAF2. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA (Capture): Dilute in an appropriate coating buffer to a concentration of 1-5ug/ml and use 100ul to coat each well. Further dilutions may be made in medium or buffered solution with carrier protein, such as PBS with 0.1-1.0% BSA. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: BALB/c splenocytes were fused with NSO mouse myeloma cells. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
