Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 -1:2000 in PBS/0.3% Triton X-100 Cy3 Technique 1:4000-1:8000 in PBS/0.3% Triton X-100 Bn-Av/HRP Technique Control Tissue: Rat striatum and substantia nigra Perfusion Fixation: Fixative-4% paraformaldehyde in 0.1M Phosphate buffer, pH 7.4. Post Fixation-1.5 hr. at 4C in 4% paraformaldehyde in 0.1M Phosphate buffer, pH 7.4. Sections: 10um cryostat frozen sections or 50um vibratome sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
