Designed to determine the percentage of cells expressing cell surface CD87 and the density of this protein on cell surfaces by flow cytometry. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells using human peripheral blood granulocytes. Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
