Applications Suitable for use in block receptor-ligand interactions, ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry, and Flow cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Blockade of receptor-ligand interaction-Approximately 0.3-1ug/ml of this antibody will block 50% of the binding of 100 ng/ml of rmuPAR-1/Fc to immobilized huPA (100il of a 2ug/ml solution was coated in each well) in a functional ELISA assay. ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml The detection limit is ~0.2 ng/well. Western blot-: 0.1-0.2ug/mL. The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml in cells and tissues. Flow cytometry: 3-10ug/mL/106 cells for indirect immunofluorescence staining of cells by flow cytometry. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
