VAMP5, also known as vesicle-associated membrane protein 5, is a member of the synaptobrevin family and the SNARE superfamily. VAMP5 is the main components of a protein complex involved in the docking and/or fusion of vesicles and cell membranes. This protein may participate in a trafficking events that is associated with myogenesis, such as myoblast fusion and/or GLUT4 trafficking. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1ug/ml Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
