Alternative Catalog Number: USB-V2075-28F-100
Manufacturer: US Biological
Host: Goat
Category: Antikörper
Application: ELISA, WB
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-NKIQDSSRNNSK, from human TRPV3, at the internal region (near C-terminal) of the protein (NP_659505.1).
Putative receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel. It is activated by innocuous (warm) temperatures and shows an increased response at noxious temperatures greater than 39 degrees Celsius. Activation exhibits an outward rectification. May associate with TRPV1 and may modulate its activity. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml, In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing full-length human TRPV3 (myc and DYKDDDDK tagged) on ~90kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
