MaxLight(TM)650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)647, DyLight(TM)649, Cy5(TM) and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm), Emission (676nm), Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded): 5-15ug/ml with a 30 minute incubation at RT or an overnight incubation at 4C. Neutralization: 0.05-0.1ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (10ng/ml). FLISA (Indirect amd Sandwich): 0.5ug/ml (100ul/well). Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hVEGF. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long term storage, stored at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O, aliquot and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Country of Origin: USA Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Purity: Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form: Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added. Labeled with MaxLight(TM)650.
