Partial recombinant protein sequence from human Vascular Endothelial Zinc Finger 1.
Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in both normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation. ZNF161 is a C2H2-type zinc finger protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Dot Blot, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml. Validated for use with HeLa cells. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
