May link EHMT1 and EHMT2 histone methyltransferases to the CTBP corepressor machinery. May be involved in EHMT1-EHMT2 heterodimer formation and stabilization. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000 Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, observed in human brain (cerebellum) lysates on ~75kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
