Wnt-4 is a secreted glycoprotein that binds to receptors of the Frizzled family. Wnt-4 is important for multiple embryonic development processes including kidney morphogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, ELISA and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 3-25ug/ml with iImmersion fixed MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. Immunohistochemistry: 1-25ug/ml with immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue. Western Blot: 2ug/ml with human breast cancer tissue, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line and SK-BR-3 human breast cancer cell line and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
