Wnt8A belongs to the WNT family of secreted signaling proteins and is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. These have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
