BioVendor: Stable FGF2 Media Supplement
FGF2 is a crucial component of media for cultivating human pluripotent stem cells, helping to maintain their pluripotent state. However, due to FGF2’s instability, daily media changes with fresh FGF2 are often necessary, consuming valuable time and resources.
BioVendor developed FGF2-STAB, a stabilized variant of FGF2 with a 25-fold increase in half-life compared to the wild-type, making cell culture maintenance more efficient and cost-effective.
