LEADSPHERE® Proteinase K from Leadgene Biomedical

LEADSPHERE® Proteinase K from Leadgene Biomedical is specifically designed for direct saliva sample digestion, making it highly convenient for point-of-care testing, sample collection kits, and decentralized molecular diagnostics. Unlike conventional liquid Proteinase K, LEADSPHERE® Proteinase K is provided in a lyophilized, bead-shaped format.

Key advantages:

1. Optimized for small-volume saliva samples (300–400 µL): The bead size and enzyme concentration are calibrated for typical saliva specimen volumes, ensuring efficient lysis of cells, proteins, and nucleases.

2. High purity and carrier-free: Minimizes interference in downstream applications such as qPCR.

3. Automation-friendly: The dry bead format reduces pipetting steps and the risk of contamination, which is especially useful for high-throughput or field-based saliva screening.
