E0924G is a potent and orally active PPARdelta agonist (EC50 = 2.82 µM) that upregulates osteoprotegerin expression (EC50 = 0.29 µM). It inhibits osteoclast differentiation and F-actin ring formation in vitro and has demonstrated efficacy in modulating bone density in preclinical models of osteoporosis, such as OVX and age-related bone loss.
