Crinecerfont can be used for Classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) research. Crinecerfont is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups[1].
