Product Description

TNF-alpha-IN-19 is an inhibitor of TNFalpha that can block the interaction between TNFalphaRI, TRADD, and RIP1, the EC50 values for TNFalpha, IL-1beta, and IL-1beta/TNFalpha are 2.451, 3.792 and 1.54 µM, respectively. TNF-alpha-IN-19 only inhibits the degradation of IkappaBalpha when cells are stimulated by TNFalpha and not by IL-1beta[1].
