HQ005 binds to the ATP pocket of CDK12 to mediate CDK12-DDB1 interaction, promote cyclin K ubiquitination, and drive cyclin K proteasomal degradation. HQ005 can be used for the research of cancer, such as non-small cell lung cancer[1][2].
