HA-9104 is a potent and selective cullin-5 neddylation inhibitor with an IC50 of 33.29 µM. HA-9104 induces apoptosis by reducing the polyubiquitination modification of NOXA, prolonging the half-life of NOXA and causing its accumulation. HA-9104 forms DNA adducts, induces DNA damage, triggers replication stress and ROS production, and leads to G2/M cell cycle arrest. HA-9104 exhibits radiosensitizing effects. HA-9104 can be used in research related to lung cancer and pancreatic cancer[1][2].
