BP-198 is an Mpro PROTAC degrader. BP-198 promotes the ubiquitination and degradation of Mpro. BP-198 has antiviral effects against SARS-CoV-2 (IC50: 11.8 µM) and has stronger activity against drug-resistant viruses.
