BChE/p38-alpha MAPK-IN-2 is a BChE and p38-alpha MAPK dual inhibitor. BChE/p38-alpha MAPK-IN-2 inhibits hBChE with an IC50 of 5.1 nM, showing 1000-fold selectivity over hAChE. BChE/p38-alpha MAPK-IN-2 inhibits p38alpha MAPK with an IC50 of 8.12 µM. BChE/p38-alpha MAPK-IN-2 exhibits neuroprotective effect and can be used for the research of neurological disease, such as Alzheimers disease[1].
