Cucurbitacin E also induces PANoptosis in adrenocortical carcinoma cells in a ZBP1-dependent manner. Cucurbitacin E exhibits synergistic effects with Mitotane (HY-13690), when used in combination, they effectively eliminate tumors[1][2][3].
