VMAPRTLFL plays a crucial role in regulating the functions of adaptive natural killer (NK) cells. Specifically, VMAPRTLFL enriches FcepsilonRgamma- adaptive NK cells, upregulates the expression of CD25, and enhances their proliferative activity, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and IFN-gamma release.
