Iluzanebart improves the survival and function of microglia by activating the TREM2 signaling pathway to compensate for the loss of CSF1R function. Iluzanebart can be used for research of adult-onset leukoencephalopathy associated with CSF1R (colony stimulating factor 1 receptor) (CSF1R-ALSP)[1].
