AMG-966 is a human bispecific antibody (bsAb) targeting TNFSF15/TL1A & TNFalpha. AMG 966 restores the ability of the aglycosylated Fc domain to bind FcgammaRIa and FcgammaRIIa, leading to the formation of anti-drug antibodies (ADA).
