Paxillin antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with recombinant protein corresponding to the C-terminal part of chicken paxillin (amino acids 305-559).
Anti-Paxillin is useful for Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~64.5 kDa corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
Western Blot of Mouse Anti-Paxillin antibody. Lane 1:293T Cell Lysate. Lane 2: HELA Cell Lysate. Lane3: MCF-7 Cell Lysate. Lane4:M231 Cell Lysate. Lane5: Jurkat Cell Lysate. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: Paxillin antibody at 1-2ug/ml for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: HRP rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 1.5 hr at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: ~64.5 kDa for Paxillin. Other band(s): none.
