Bacillus
Antibody Type:
Primary Antibody
Application Dilute:
ELISA: 1:10,000, WB: 1 µg/mL
Application Notes:
Anti-beta-Galactosidase Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 116 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of b-gal antibody. Lane 1: 5 ng of b-gal with b-gal antibody at 1 µg/mL. Lane 2: 25 ng of b-gal with b-gal antibody at 1 µg/mL. Load: 35 µg per lane. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase chicken secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 116 kDa, 120 kDa for b-gal. Other band(s): b-gal splice variants and isoforms.
