NEO-811 is a potent, selective, and cereblon (CRBN)-dependent E3 ubiquitin ligase-mediated proteolytic inhibitor that targets ARNT (HIF-1beta). NEO-811 blocks the ccRCC signaling pathway by degrading ARNT, thereby inhibiting the survival and proliferation of tumor cells. NEO-811 is suitable for use in studies of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).
