GDC-2394 sodium salt is an orally active selective NLRP3 inhibitor that concurrently inhibits IL-1beta with IC50 values of 0.4 µM (human) and 0.1 µM (mouse). This compound specifically inhibits NLRP3-induced caspase-1 activity without affecting NLRC4-dependent inflammasome activation.
