Selective SIRT2 inhibitor (IC50 = 15.5um), displays no effect on SIRT1 or SIRT3. Decreases neuronal cholesterol levels, improves motor function and ameliorates brain atrophy in a mouse model of Huntingtons disease. Brain penetrant.
