Product Description

P-glycoprotein (P-gp/ABCG1) inhibitor. Blocks P-gp-mediated multidrug resistance (MDR) of the cytotoxic drugs doxorubicin and vincristine in CHRC5 cells. Also inhibits breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP/ABCG2). Orally active.
