Product Description

Potent 17beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 3 (17beta-HSD3) inhibitor (IC50 values are 6 and 40nm at human and mouse 17beta-HSD3 respectively). Displays no activity at 17beta-HSD1, 17beta-HSD2, ERalpha, androgen receptors or glucocorticoid receptors. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
