Product Description

Receptor for the C-X-C chemokine CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 and mediates the proliferation, survival and angiogenic activity of mesangial cells through a heterotrimeric G-protein signaling pathway. Probably promotes cell chemotaxis response (By similarity). Binds to CCL21. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-52 from mouse C-X-C chemokine receptor type 3, fused to 6X His-KSI-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E.coli.
