Histone-like DNA-binding protein which is capable of wrapping DNA to stabilize it, and thus to prevent its denaturation under extreme environmental conditions. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-89 from Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B DNA-binding protein HU-beta, fused to 10X His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E.coli.
