Product Description

Human EGFR T790M (GenBank Accession No. NM_005228), (aa668-1210) with N-terminal GST tag. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Specific Activity: ~0.9 pmol/min/ug Recommended Dilution: Assay Conditions: 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 10mM of MgCl2, 1mM of EDTA, 0.01% Brij-35, 200uM ATP. Substrate 2uM Tyr peptide 4 at RT for 1 hour. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
